This dealer was very responsive and got back to me within minutes of my contacting them through Carguru. We were traveling to the dealership from out of town, and Jeff went out of his way to make sure we were able to see the car. We found there was a small repair needed, and he made sure some of their mechanics took care of it right away for us event though that meant they had to stay several hours after their usual quit time on a holiday weekend. We really appreciated the level of service and attention, and are very satisfied with the 2010 Ford Expedition we got for well under blue book value. They can do loans through credit unions, so the financing went smoothly for us especially since we were pre-approved. I would deal with them again.

Big Inventory and Excellent Customer Service Had a great experience here they were able to get us in a van that we were really wanting. I bought my very first car, a 2000 Chevy Blazer and my mother bought her 2001 Chevy Suburban from these guys. Both cars lasted a long time, and I went back 9 years later to purchase something newer. Submitted an online credit application and within minutes Rush called back to get more info and was willing to work with me with what me and my fiance. I had a limited budget for a down payment. Drove over two hours from Stockton and they put us in the vehicle we wanted with no problems. Monthly payments are under the budget we gave them and everything went smooth. I was generally pleased. I drove over 2 hours to get there. They had the truck waiting to test drive when I got there. Took it for a spin, negotiated  the price for about 5 minutes and the whole deal was done in less than an hour, and that included a trip to the bank to get a cashier's check. I think they even filled up the tank! It was kind of a crummy part of town, but that was the only downside

We first came to auto depot we needed car. They helped my wife and I out as our credit wasn't the greatest they worked with us and we have bought 2 cars from them in the past. We are now buying our third and we are grateful for one of the salesman there his name is Steve so ask for Steve he will always go to bat for you and get you the best deal possible. Manny and Jeff helped me out as much as possible. Kept up with all the phone calls and was very interested in helping me with the entire purchasing process. Very patient, open to all questions, worked around pay schedule. I have friends and family that purchased cars here before and have nothing but positive feedback, also that is the only reason I kept interest in Fresno Auto Depot. They are very friendly and honest (to my knowledge). I Had a couple delays on my down payment but I was already driving the car home, so they trusted me and as far as today I trust them and am satisfied with my purchase.

Manny helped me with my car about 8 months ago. I went to a few other dealerships first but I wasn't satisfied. I came here and he helped me and told me realistically what I could afford without messing around. he was very straight forward and did everything he could to help. Now I brought my boyfriend to get a car here and the same thing. Manny was very helpful and I thank him very much. He also got us a very fast insurance quote from three different places and got us insurance within ten minutes. He helped us do the paperwork very fast as well.

I was generally pleased. I drove over 2 hours to get there. They had the truck waiting to test drive when I got there. Took it for a spin, negociated the price for about 5 minutes and the whole deal was done in less than an hour, and that included a trip to the bank to get a cashier's check. I think they even filled up the tank! It was kind of a crummy part of town, but that was the only downside.
